Refund policy
We have a 14 day exchange policy in place for any issues with your order. Brillare Jewelers does not accept returns or issue refunds due to the high value of products.
To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can contact us at sales@brillarejewelers.com. Please note that exchanges must be initiated with a detailed description of why the product is being exchanged and which product is replacing it.
If your exchange is accepted, we’ll send you shipping instructions, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting an exchange will not be accepted. All packages must be shipped to PO Box 950880 Lake Mary, FL 32795

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exchanges
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your item, and let you know if the exchange was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically notified through your preferred form of contact. Exchange approval is contingent upon the product matching your concern and inventory available as replacement. We will seek your approval of replacement merchandise prior to shipping.
